Biography

I am a retired steel mill worker and since 2009 I have devoted myself to my music full time.

 I have been singing Elvis covers sins the 60´s. I first joined a local band called Herd´s from Nävekvarn. ( Thats when I got my nickname Popjörgen ). After that I sang in different bands and in the late 70´s I recorded a couple of albums with the band Eldorado´s from Eskilstuna Sweden and we allso did a couple of radio and Tv performances.

And from the mid 80´s I held up with music until 1998 when I participated in a song contest ”ELVIS MEET THE BEATLES” and since then everything has just moved on until this day.

On holiday in Turkey I performed on a couple of different occations at New Elvis Restaurant – Alanya and got in contact with Rest & Hotel Gallion – Alanya and they offered me a job.


When I got home I met Johnny T (producer) and he encuraged me to record some new songs which resulted in a couple of new CD´s. And after that I got lucky and went up on the SÖRMLANDS TOPP 5 (regional chart).I will continue with the music as long as i can.
